Read the parts of the Red Book and the Blue Book identified below:

1. Red Book (http://www.nifc.gov/policies/red_book.htm/) - Chapter 18, section K, Escaped Prescribed Fires; and Chapter 19, Reviews and Investigations.

2. Blue Book. The Blue Book is being revised, and is currently in a review and approval stage, therefore this link is not yet available. Please use the Red Book for now.
